Nuoc is a web channel established to promote and build contemporary cultural practice and practitioners in Vietnam. The project will be a national vehicle to engage previously disconnected pockets of creativity in a dialogue about the aims and processes
of contemporary culture now and in the future. Through short documentary profiles and interviews with culture makers of all kinds, and by hosting collaborative online projects, the channel will provide a creative playground and talking point for the
county’s creative lifeblood – its artists, filmmakers, designers, performance artists, interactive developers and musicians. These valuable online activities will be augmented by live “offline” events to celebrate our community and its contribution.
